Pros
Time Off, employee benefits, most coworkers offer their best.
Cons
A perceived trend towards reverse discrimination. Ineffectual and vapid "leadership" from managers on down. Most managers hide away in offices or are incognito when busy. Rampant favoritism, nepotism, and double standards. Pay is well below market rate. Overwork quality employees until total burnout. Understaff teams with highest workload and maintain unrealistic expectations for deliverables. Management always kowtowing to Campaign Management to the detriment of their own team and dept. Lack of proper training across the board. Frequent failure to be proactive in many situations despite concerns from subordinates. Dismissive of issues from employees until an unfavorable outcome is escalated to upper echelons. Proceed with new processes without any buy in from the frontline employees who are expected to execute without due preparation. Issue laptops to all but then only offer work from home option for potentially 1-2 times a year when office is closed for inclement weather. Annual credo employee feedback survey is immaterial and will not lead to better pay, training, or career growth. A grueling 3 months from submitting an internal application, to interview, to learning the outcome - rejection, hired, or in some cases cancelled without explanation.
