Worst culture you can imagine. Think about the flexible, empowering culture at a start-up, then imagine the complete opposite. It is extremely rare to hear anyone laugh. In a recent sales meeting, a director actually said to stop wasting time saying thank you, and just assume positive intent. Unreal. No work-life balance or anything along the lines of employee motivation or empowerment. Socialization is discouraged, but you're faulted for not building rapport. Every situation is a lose-lose. Micro-management is silently encouraged here. Extremely unclear expectations and absolutely zero guidance. You're expected to be a mind-reader. No trust. No one takes responsibility for their actions, they just blame others. Unless you're applying to be in a sales position, stay far away!
