Pros

Working directly with clients and developing their strategy is a lot of work but your brain is constantly working. I make on the spot quick decisions for the brand so it is a little intimidating at first but you get your problem solving and creative mind on point especially after working with them for a few weeks. It's good to not have every moment micromanaged by my superiors

Cons

I would like the ability to pick and choose my own projects. Some of my smaller clients are not stimulating. Sometimes coast-to-coast traveling can be draining.

Pros

I have been with the company for a few months now. I was worried that after graduating I wasn't going to be able to find a viable career that can help me grow and develop skills for my future. My family was laid off after working for 40 years with their previous employer, so I wanted to know I had the security of working with people who cared about me. I wanted people who were going to make me feel like my personal, career, and life goals matter and not just be a number for the company. I am so lucky to have found this group that has helped grow the instant I started working with them. My trainer is the most patient, friendly, and hard working person I have ever met. He creates vision and always has the next step we need to take in order to hit our goals. I want to grow and develop my skills to be able to be a strong leader like he is. I want to help others around me grow. To see where I was when I started working here with bad habits like not knowing how to budget, someone who would show up late a few minutes (because it wasn't too late that anyone would notice), to being held accountable for the goals I have for myself. I want to be that person for someone else.

Cons

This. is. hard. There is no way around it. You have to work hard. I came into this company with previous misconceptions: I thought I knew what work ethic was; I thought I knew what accountability was; I thought I was a logical person and didn't respond to things emotionally; I thought I was confident in my every day life. I learned I was not. I had to develop those skills throughout the few months I have been here. That was hard. But I am excited for more training because there is always something more to learn.

Pros

A couple leaders are cool. You can actually open up and complain about this delusional business scheme and how you DON’T “believe in the system.”

Cons

They lie- what your job will be: you drive two hours out of Columbus to a street with many businesses on it and solicit makeup bags without a license. What your hours are: 8:15am- 8:30pm. Health insurance: once you own your own business. Saturday’s are not required: true, but there’s so many backhanded comments (ie. “Well you get what you put into this career and that’s how you’ll move up quicker in the company and make more money.”). So you should probably go out on Saturday. Pay: you make commission off of each product you sold during the week. The employees are told they’ll be millionaires in 5 years or less. And if you ask them any more about how that’s possible then you won’t get an answer. “When you start to get in the position of becoming an owner you’ll get that training.” No one else knows. There’s a second “promotion” company in the same office.
