Pros

Opportunities - if you can network your way in but that is CE culture. Many learning opportunities. Great place to start your career for campus hires. People like to complain but the pay is very nice.

Cons

They talk a lot about Work Life balance but it really depends on the project and leaders. Typical consulting environment (Long hours, travel and unpredictable work environment)

Pros

Working directly with clients and developing their strategy is a lot of work but your brain is constantly working. I make on the spot quick decisions for the brand so it is a little intimidating at first but you get your problem solving and creative mind on point especially after working with them for a few weeks. It's good to not have every moment micromanaged by my superiors

Cons

I would like the ability to pick and choose my own projects. Some of my smaller clients are not stimulating. Sometimes coast-to-coast traveling can be draining.
