Room to grow. Plenty of opportunity to learn from other co-workers. I enjoy the day-to-day interaction with residents as well as staff. Everyone is very supportive.

Work environment can be challenging at times- mainly with gossip, and poor accountability. From what I am told, that is pretty much everywhere in any company.
