Interview
I was contacted by Erin from HR, who was very pleasant. When I arrived for the scheduled interview only one of the two employees scheduled were available to interview me. The gentleman who interviewed me was very nice but he stated he really didn't know what questions to ask (as he was expecting other employee to be in interview as well). It was a bit awkward. I sent a thank you card the day after interview but did not hear back from Colvaria at all.

Interview
I had requested an informational interview to find out more about the position and the company before formally applying. Two people conducted the interview, but it was oriented toward answering basic questions they had typed on a sheet of paper. I had very little opportunity to ask questions of them. Just wasn't a welcoming environment, and I felt that the facility at which I would have been working potentially would have been a difficult "sell" in the community due to aging conditions and neighborhood.
