First—I’m sorry to hear you’re having such a negative experience. Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and sharing this feedback. You’ve been with us for more than a year—that time includes some of our fastest growth ever. That year hasn’t always been a smooth ride, but we’re committed to absorbing this growth, listening to the team, and learning lessons from this period. Hopefully you’ve been able to join us for our last few leadership AMAs. In them, we shared the actions we’re taking as a leadership team based on our Q2 engagement survey, and dug into culture, answering questions about how we need to work together to achieve our mission.
