Some management had fits of temper and doesn't know how to work with/or treat others. Also doesn't keep promises or their word. Fixes schedule to benefit their needs . A lot of micro management to some people and no management to others. Same rules do not apply to all. Management tends to pick their favorite people to treat better including easier tasks.
