      - Pleasant, sharp team to work with and learn from - Good work/life balance

      - There are certain positions that have the same responsibilities, but are on different pay systems (GS vs NAF), resulting in HUGE salary discrepancies. - There is very little opportunity to grow, with some mid-level IT positions only having senior director positions as the next step up. - There tends to be responsibility creep, which can spread employees thin.
