      Amazing, warm and friendly coworkers. Super talented. It feels like a family. Very interesting projects and creative concepts. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted. It's really up to you to decide when to move on. Lots of turnover. C-suite is a little too rigid.
