Pros
- Passionate people - Creative projects and positive attitudes - Strong teamwork with shared goals - Time and resource investment in efficiences - Great Products! ...and discounts - Great benefits (improvements to PTO were made recently)
Cons
- Working with global teams means working day and night; most managers are flexible though - Many teams put in more than average hours, even for NYC - Not good at promoting from within - Almost impossible to move from Product Category to Product Category or Department to Department, though I did due to many circumstances over the years - Work Life Balance is a term spoken but, not encouraged
