Salaries are delayed, and final dues are often withheld for months if ever paid. -No Career Growth: There’s no mentorship, no learning path, and promotions are based on favoritism. -Nonexistent HR: Exit processes are disorganized. Once you resign, you're ignored, and clearances are stalled indefinitely and retroactive deductions are made.
