I recently went through Clustox interview process. The first round was conducted online, followed by two interviews — one with the QA Director and another with the CEO.
While I appreciate the opportunity, I found the experience somewhat unusual. The interaction felt less like a professional interview and more like a one-sided assessment, which made it difficult to engage meaningfully.
At the end of the discussion, I received a “good luck” remark, which left me uncertain about the outcome(according to the interviewer "good luck" is a positive remark) initially I felt the interview had gone well, but I did not receive any follow-up or feedback from HR.
I can imagine how much this company is fair to its employees.
As a candidate, I believe transparency, constructive feedback, and mutual respect are essential parts of a fair hiring process. A more structured and communicative approach would greatly improve the candidate experience.
I would also like to understand what differentiates your organization from others in the industry. From my interaction, it seemed that team members carry a very high level of confidence(over confidenc)—almost as if they are on the “7th sky.”
