Pros
1) People 2) Product 3) Process People - everyone here is smart and willing to help. My final interview was with three department managers and if all went well, I'd be selected to join one of their teams. I left that interview confident in my ability to work on any of their teams. All three managers had different styles but I enjoyed and respected each of them. The managers asked me about my career goals with the understanding that I did not want to be in this role (sales development rep) my entire career, and were very supportive of my vision to evolve into sales enablement and training. I also cannot emphasize how genuine the managers are, I was not lied to and nothing was sugar-coated. I'm very happy with my decision. I'd also like to give a quick shoutout to the recruiter I worked with, Stacey. She was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I was able to text Stacey anytime I had a question and she was responsive. Hands down, the best recruiter I have ever worked with. We are lucky to have her. Product - Cloudera is industry leader and innovator. Working in sales is very enjoyable if your company is good at what it does. I know learning the product will make me a smarter salesman in general and take my career to new heights. Process - I came from a startup environment where training did not exist. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate all the training that is being offered. The Sales Enablement Manager (Alex) is awesome and really wants everyone to be successful. He welcomes feedback and is constantly tailoring the program to improve efficiencies. My manager (Josh) is busy and I know this because I always see him running around the office, but he never hesitates to drop what he's doing and help with anything I need. The tools here are first-class. I appreciate how much this company respects the work that Sales Development Reps do and are willing to enable us to work smarter.
Cons
At this time, I'm only a week in and I don't have any cons to report on. My experience here has been great.
