The management doesn't care about people and their lives. They can smile at you while destroying your work life. I suggest approaching Cloud Linux caring only about money as they do from top to bottom. Do only the necessary and do not trust anyone. Gossip (even whit insults for other colleagues) is around and inclusion is something that they don't even know the meaning.
