Pros
Was very innovative in it's early years, great starting pay for someone with no experience.
Cons
After it started to get rocky, we had massive layoffs each year. Like twice a year. People would move into new roles and two months later mass layoff. Company has gone full AI now, so company is getting smaller and smaller. Do not recommend working here now, but once upon a time I definitely would.
