1. You must create a prerecorded interview answering their questions.
2. Video Interview with the VP of Operations. She was great. Really reviewed my resume and watched my interview video and asked thoughtful questions.
3. Video Interview with COO Kevin Richards. This part of the interview was where I got annoyed. I log into the video meeting and its his assistant. I found it unprofessional that he wouldn't specify that his assistant would be in the meeting as well. He didn't even know my name, review my resume, or watch my interview video. He came across very arrogant and like his time was more important than mine. That's not someone I would want to work for.

Question 1
What is your dream job? What's your superpower? What's your favorite project you worked on? What's something surprising about you?
I don't think "interview" is an accurate word because they want you to record and send them a video of yourself answering 14 questions. I responded to the email by stating I'd be happy to answer their questions in a one on one interview, They sent back a canned response about how they got so many applications that this is a competitive process and they'd move on to other candidates.
The fact that ClickFunnels has a canned response to applicants who request an actual interview speaks volumes about their lack respect for interviewees. One of the questions they wanted me to answer was about how a company makes me feel valued, and asking for a one way interview sends literally the opposite message. If a company can't be bothered to sit down and have a conversation with you, then I have to question how they will treat you as an employee. Interviews are opportunities for both parties to assess whether this is a good fit, so it shouldn't be one sided. If all you want are answers to questions, send a questionnaire.
They also asked me to write a sample email announcing a partnership. It needed to be 500 words with 2 options for subject line and 1 preview line. I would have been happy to do this if they had agreed to a regular interview.

Question 1
Can you tell us about your background and experience in copywriting?
It was pretty quick process, I had two separate interviews one with the head of customer success and then head of support before getting an offer. It was easy and the onboarding process was good with a lot of information.
