Pros

Not many to speak or write home about

Cons

Really really bad management. If you have over 5 years of experience, strictly stay way from the place. Other organisations hire experienced people to learn and grow from their knowledge. It is exactly the opposite in this case. You will be forced to lower your levels to theirs. Have to handle temper tantrums from an inexperienced brat. On top of that, it’s been 5 months since the organisation and me parted ways and they’ve not yet cleared my dues. I’ve tried getting in touch with them but to no avail. The last i heard from them was that they were calculating the TDS and will be paying the dues. Okay. Let’s see. About 25 employees to calculate TDS for and it takes you 5 months? Seriously!!! (I know by now that they do not intend to clear my dues anyways, else they would have already) My last words, stay away from the place as you would from a snake.

Pros

To be honest, I struggle to identify any meaningful positives about the company.

Cons

Everything about the organization is highly unprofessional. There is a complete lack of respect in the way employees are spoken to and treated. Unfortunately, this behavior appears to have been normalized within the company culture. There is very little transparency, and most employees have no clear understanding of what is actually happening. The founder and co-founder constantly demand updates, creating unnecessary pressure, disruption, and micromanagement. Operationally, the organization is in complete disarray. A large portion of the workforce consists of consultants who are frequently unavailable, leading to delays, confusion, and a lack of accountability. Despite these challenges, management continues to set unrealistic targets without considering the practical limitations of the team. There is poor planning, no clear structure, and a general lack of professionalism and sensitivity in the way the organization is managed. Overall, it is a chaotic work environment driven by unrealistic expectations and ineffective leadership. Administrative processes are equally problematic. Full and Final (F&F) settlements are often delayed, with no clear process or ownership. Employees are left chasing updates, and every follow-up seems to result in a new requirement or explanation, creating unnecessary frustration and uncertainty. PF contributions are not credited in a timely manner, causing additional concern for employees. There is also a lack of communication and accountability around these delays. The leave policy is another area of concern. Employees are forced to spend excessive time and effort justifying and negotiating for leaves they are rightfully entitled to. Overall, the company lacks the professionalism, structure, employee focus, and operational maturity expected of a well-managed organization. Significant improvements in leadership, communication, planning, compliance, and employee relations is highly required.
