Really really bad management. If you have over 5 years of experience, strictly stay way from the place. Other organisations hire experienced people to learn and grow from their knowledge. It is exactly the opposite in this case. You will be forced to lower your levels to theirs. Have to handle temper tantrums from an inexperienced brat.
On top of that, it’s been 5 months since the organisation and me parted ways and they’ve not yet cleared my dues. I’ve tried getting in touch with them but to no avail. The last i heard from them was that they were calculating the TDS and will be paying the dues. Okay. Let’s see. About 25 employees to calculate TDS for and it takes you 5 months? Seriously!!! (I know by now that they do not intend to clear my dues anyways, else they would have already)
My last words, stay away from the place as you would from a snake.
