Pros
I have worked for several sales companies, both in the US and abroad, and I would be remiss to mention that I have had some great experiences in each of those roles. In fact in my last position I didn't think it could get much better. In a recent move back to the U.S. I was afforded the opportunity to work at Classy. I feel confident in saying that a new standard has been set! :) While the culture is fun and exciting, the dedication and work ethic of everyone on this team is contagious. We have incredible leadership, friendly and welcoming peers, and motivated individuals all working hard to help create opportunities for organizations in the social sector. There is also great opportunity for growth internally. PLUS! We have Kombucha on tap!
Cons
I don't even feel comfortable calling the comments to follow "cons" so much as "areas of opportunity". We are a start-up and with that comes growing pains. Classy is one of the most collaborative companies I have ever worked for, and one area I will give credit where credit is due, is the company's insistence on taking feedback and making everyone feel included in the changes that need to take place. When sh*t hits the fan...adapt and overcome.
