Classy, Inc interview questions

The interview process was interesting. They had me participate in 5 separate interviews with 5 different members from their team. They all felt like cultural fit interviews more than competency and aptitude interviews.

1. Phone screening 2. 45 minute 1:1 interview 3. 2 back to back 45 minute panel interviews Each interview started and ended in a timely fashion. Everyone was extremely friendly. I even had an issue with my internet for one of the interviews and they were very understanding of the situation. Overall, I am extremely impressed by the interview process, from the email communications and interview prep PDF file. Also, I would like to add that Tiffany was amazing throughout the entire process. Tiffany made it very clear from the start that she would be a resource throughout the entire process. She addressed all my questions in a timely manner and made the process extremely clear for me.
