Pay Leave Since it's a product based. No need to worry about bench. Over all job security is good.
Cons
No work life balance. Managers will exploit the most loyal employees to gain and in return nothing is rewarded. Managers here are in late 40's to early 50's and they treat employees with ut any dignity. Managerial culture is worst, they does not add any value and in addition they treat younger resources as inferior and if we say We do not like their behavior, they will threaten with consequences.
