Great people. You will learn a lot. Everything is such a mess that u end up doing more than you should. So i guess that could be a pro. Some of the managers and directors are good lads.

Even if there are managers and other directors for every project, nothing is done without the written approval of managing director and his partner in crime GG. They don't trust anyone. Whenever something goes wrong they find someone to blame and they sack him. They will never admit their mistakes. They bully everyone around them. They rarely appreciate someone's work. They are obsessed with the most ridiculous things u can imagine. Luckily i was on site so didnt have to deal with them too often. Is funny how they think they are better than everyone else. Specially if u are not white or Irish. They dont take any advise from anyone if the profit is not money. I feel sorry for the hard workers and the great people that are there. They dont deserve this kind of obsessive and untrusted management.
