      Wage is above national average

      Cons

      No benefits No training given. Expect you to do everything from overseeing work to sweeping the floors Blatantly lie to employees about what work they actually have secured. Every month there was a problem with employees wage either short or paid late. Employees are dispensable they sacked 15 employees by letter the day before Christmas with no notice.

      Money is ok but are worked extremely hard for it

      Cons

      Treat employees are expendable with zero notice. Every week / month some doesn't get paid correctly always an issue with wages. Management are not managers they are abusive, aggressive and get to a position for time severed or who they are friends with.
