Pros

-Customers were decent, but that's always a coin-flip. -Okay benefits if you stay -Tips (only evening/night shifts)

Cons

-Used to get free food on shift, but now you have to work full-time or at least 6 hours. Food must be eaten in store and you cannot take it home. Additionally, you have to pay, but at least a 50% discount. -Micromanagement is key here. Pros

Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

Cons

In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
