      Decent starting wage of $9.00 a great deal of growth opportunities and good benefits, good locations and opening more this year.

      Cons

      not many only thing i can say is the hours aren't divided equally, you're either a closer or an opener. obvious favorites

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
