Company is growing at a rapid rate, many different opinions from mid-level and senior staff on how to handle organizational decisions

Great pay and benefits are the only reasons this place is great.

This place is incredibly racist. The demands for BIPOC individuals at this organization are dire, with the administrative cuts, they were quick to terminate BIPOC individuals first, despite having a ton of funding that was focused on these communities. Leadership does not know what it is doing, mismanages funding, and rewards mediocrity. Everything you do is tracked in 15-minute increments and charge codes which creates an environment of anxiety and micromanagement. Absolutely cannot recommend this place as a place of employment, which is unfortunate considering that they do good work.
