Being a Oil major , opportunities are many and one can get good learning and experience across Oil value chain. It takes good care of employees with benefits and promote work-life balance. Ability to learn and perform across different business functional skills are valued.
Cons
Things don't move fast here ( may not be a bad thing) Not a paymaster, compared to small companies but provides more stability to job
