Pros
- free drinks - clean environment - nice employees and customers
Cons
- unpaid training you have to do at home - the training modules have poor UX; it takes time to figure out where things are - POS UX is unintuitive: for example, if the customer tells you to remove one of their many toppings, you either have to delete the drink and start again or remove them one by one - there is no option to remove a specific topping (this is only one example of poor UX) - you have to stay active in group chats - $15/hr and you must take a 30 min unpaid break each shift - managers only make $20/hr, not much room for $$ growth
