      Not good for beginners to work in

      The customers were very nice.

      Cons

      At your first day of training, the managers expected you to know everything and they don't care if you had no work experience in the past. If you're still trying to get used to the procedures and you're moving slow, then you're considered useless. During your orientation, they put you to work right away and they don't even pay you. The management overall was terrible and the managers were extremely disrespectful.

      Pros

      Free drinks, relatively fair wage compared to most of the Chinese-own businesses. Most of the coworkers are really nice and caring. Polite costumers.

      Cons

      You will be expected to remember all the recipes and procedures within your first 3 training sections. Training is actually working that you have basically no time to learn all about the place so you have to memorize all the stuff in your personal time. Poor management that treats employees with little or no respect especially when you’re new to the place. Super stressful during peak hours.

      Free drinks on job, you can make whatever you like.

      Cons

      Awful management who treat you poorly, takes advantage of you and wants to pay you under minimum wage. Training pay and length is an actual joke.
