Pros

Good Training They pay for licensing series 6 and Insurance license Better pay than the other banks (32k base 48k avg including commissions) good for banking not so much if you have a successful sales background. Lots of different departments to move to (outside of retail banking) If you're looking for financial experience at a decent pay with ok benefits then its a good start, but move in and have a plan to move up or out quickly otherwise it'll suck the life out of you.

Cons

Lacking in quality management, everyone just repeats what their boss tells them to, verbatim, VERY few motivators, leaders, or teachers, just parrots. Everyone's payout is focused differently in job positions so there is no real team common goal Employee opinion and satisfaction is definitely not a high priority Advancement is not discouraged, but it isn't exactly encouraged either, ie. little advancement training or encouragement unless in dire need. More outside hires for positions than internal Benefits are just ok compared to other major companies Employee turnover is high because good employees know they can do better
