Pros
The management team in Document Management is amazing! There is a collaborative effort that flows from management to associates. The fresh spirit is electric and I was energized each day by all the smiles.
Cons
Review season can be hectic, and production must be maintained, or the review can't be completed, so there is a push for new seasonal associates to get up to speed quickly. Unfortunately, a few people will decide a production environment isn't for them. I don't see that as a negative, though.
