i applied, attended the interview with more than 3 persons panel, didn't hear any feedback until 9 months later to make me attend another interview. i attended but only one joined the call to tell me it's cancelled. after that they ghosted me

A recruiter will reach out to you via email to set up a zoom interview. It's not much of an interview, just going through the requirements and if you qualify. After if you seem like a fit for position you will need to set up interview with a supervisor in your role.
