Great supportive team, but lacks good leadership - Social Worker Caritas Employee Review

No guidance from management. No structured entrance teaching from company, that's why we had to always run to our colleagues in the beginning. There was almost no official rules on legal information in the beginning we were supposed to give clients, so we had to improvise on important topics. We had to coordinate our work without almost any instructions from management, which was also often criticised by management. Some colleagues were refused in days off or vacations because we were understaffed for long time and worked extra hours.
