Caritas interview questions

There are two rounds of interview, one practical in group & one conversational individually. The whole process will take around a month. For the practical task, they will also do a warm up game beforehand.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief angenehm. Aber das Warten auf das Ergebnis hat lange gedauert. Ich denke, der Auswahlprozess könnte transparenter sein. Alles andere ist in Ordnung. Aber ich weiß nicht, warum ich abgelehnt wurde.
