Hours are suited to my schedule and needs. Very helpful and assisting staff who have made me feel very welcome. Extensive training program that is split across various days to not overload the mind with computer information, as well as not overwhelm with the practical side of the role. A fantastic manager who is understanding and empathetic towards not only residents but to staff and families as well. Emily Douglass really is a huge credit to the service and I would like to thank her for giving me a chance to take on this role in which I have come to realise is my perfect job , career and life all rolled into one. The residents are a huge pro for me also , I personally love delving into conversation and really giving full attention to decifering where the chats are going , as some stories are very clear and present and residents faces and speech changes for the better when I fully engage with what they are chatting about.
