Caring Homes Group interview questions

It was a virtual interview with 2 interviewers. The process was so smooth than expected and the interviewers were so welcoming such that ,I became comfortable in answering all questions flawlessly under no pressure. It was an exciting moment

I initially had a phone interview with Lana, who was incredibly kind and provided clear, detailed explanations of the questions. She also assisted me with the application process and ensured everything was properly set up for me. After successfully passing my phone interview, I was invited to an interview at the care home. Upon arrival, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality; the staff were welcoming, introduced themselves, and even offered me a cup of tea while I waited.Emily, who conducted the interview, collected me after a brief wait. She introduced herself and inquired about how I was feeling. When I mentioned that I was nervous, she reassured me that it was natural to feel that way, which helped me relax. The interview itself was excellent—Emily was patient, and any time I had difficulty understanding a question, she simplified it for me and guided me through it. Given that it had been some time since I last worked in a professional kitchen environment, her kindness and patience were greatly appreciated. After the interview, she commended my efforts and informed me that I would receive a call back within 24 hours.Overall, my interviews with the Caring Homes Group were positive, and the environment there is truly beautiful. The team is doing an outstanding job, and I am honored to have the opportunity to work there.
