Exhausting leads with churn-&-burn mentality, don't seem to care about the prospects we claim to help, must stick to a script, aim to "box them in" instead of true solutions. Not receptive to ideas, slight bullying mentality when offered real feedback from prospect-facing callers, ruined our own reputation in the very industry we sell to which has become a PR nightmare for the sales team & an exercise mngmt seem not interested in addressing or even acknowledging/overhauling. Complete lack of current, decent marketing materials available to sales team, mngmnt refuse to acknowledge the ire/hostility the sales team face when we mention we are calling from "Care.com". No vision to fix this as part of the overall re-branding. Their solution? Call more to the same people we've repeatedly alienated through high call volume.
