The interview process was thorough, thoughtful, and well-structured. It consisted of three rounds, beginning with an initial conversation with a team lead, followed by a second round with potential team members, and concluding with a final interview with senior leadership. Each stage was conversational and gave me the opportunity to both share my experience and learn more about the team dynamics, expectations, and overall company culture. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, and I felt well-informed at each step. The team created a welcoming and professional environment, and it was evident that they place a strong emphasis on collaboration and fit. Overall, the process felt intentional and gave a well-rounded view of the role and the organization.

You’ll meet with a recruiter for a 30 min call who’ll ask a few T&S focused interview questions. Next you’ll meet with the CXO for 30 minutes, two managers, and finally two executives. Overall, the vibe is very corporate and not personable. While I enjoyed my initial conversations as time went on the environment at care came across as very chaotic, high pressure with no clear sense of direction. They will invest time in you until they decide to move on and will send you auto rejection even after investing hours into their process and interviewing at the director level. Overall would not recommend moving forward
