Pros

Recruitment and Onboarding was smooth and seamless. HR team has been very accommodating even after deployment. Colleagues from Manila and California, USA are collaborative and respectful regardless of their roles/titles. Senior Management Team is very approachable, passionate and provides clear directives. Training sessions are provided to employees as well. Office in BGC has ample workstations, a pantry, gym, lockers, water/coffee/condiments are provided, etc. Over-all, it has a good working environment.

Cons

Despite its growth, the company sometimes struggles with resource allocation, affecting efficiency and employee productivity. Rapid organizational changes can be challenging to adapt to, and the support for transitioning through these changes could be improved. Proper cascading and announcements should be made for these changes.
