Pros
Good Company to work for. Good salaries and very kind people to work with. They try to take care of their people as best as they can. They are growing and becoming a leader in the automotive parts industry.
Cons
Some of the cons is the warehouse isnt climate controlled. Management can be shaky at time and the turn over is tough during these times. They could of picked a better location in DFW. The warehouse leaks, offices are small, 3 stalls for the mens bathroom.
