Ridiculous management churn: expect at least two managers a year. Forced distribution on bi-yearly reviews, because it's not possible for everyone on a team to be a strong performer. A definite weed-out process for first-year associates. Once you make it through the first year, you'll be fine, but lots of people don't If management kills a project someone on the team will get a failing review, no matter how strong their work is. Sometimes unpleasant teammates
