Pros
Work from home. Decent pay and vacation, but needed every day of it plus more.
Cons
Seniority means nothing. They hire outside the company instead of promoting within. Once you are in a schedule you can not get off of it. The new hires get a better schedule than the tenured employees. If you want to go part time, they tell you no, but they hire new employees part time. Sure you can post for a new job, but you have to apply like you are a new employee with resume and interview. They will not look at prior work history. When they do post a new opening, it is only because they have to and you are just wasting your time, they already know who they want for the opening. Like they say...It is who you know to get off of the phone, they have favorites. Stressful and micro management.
