They pay on time every month. The training is easy and all equipment is provided. Fully remote option available.
Cons
Micromanagement is suffocating and insulting. The management have no trust in their employees. You will be asked to explain why your toilet break ran over 30 seconds. It is degrading to say the least. No HR department to speak to, you are left to be advised from your manager and if they disagree with you then you have no one else to go to. You will be taking a lot of abuse from customers if you work in their Irish Water department and it becomes mentally draining. The pay is also minimum wage. They promote opportunities to upskill but you will be waiting months to move department and after speaking about it with senior colleagues, I don't think your pay will increase very much. Working 42.5 hours a week here, when other companies work 37.5 hours and pay more money.
