Pros
Integrity, strong work ethic and strength in their market. With an obvious public sector bias, process is key so it's important that employees are happy working within a rigid structure. If so, you'll enjoy your time at Capita. I found Capita to be a very honest employer who communicated well.
Cons
Rigid managerial structure. Strong delivery base but not much innovation permitted. Historically, very risk averse although this is now changing I understand. Major contracts (as will any organisation) tend to drag resource from smaller projects to ensure consistency of delivery, which can be incredibly frustrating - but that's an industry issue rather than a Capita issue...
