Your work colleagues, not including the team leaders, unfortunately.
Cons
Capita likes to use scaremongering tactics as well as bullying. Most team leaders do not know anything - in fact chances are a normal advisor knows more them then. Only very few are helpful. You just feel like another number in a huge room with computers which work if you're lucky, but in most cases have issues. As well as the headsets.
