Pros
- Great people on the administration teams/IT/finance - The canteen is ok - Some very good clients Really struggling now....
Cons
- DHP/Nexus have ruined the operations teams - No talking, disciplined if too upset and negative, disciplined if too happy and talking. - Given a number, not a name (literally) - Unrealistic goals. Expected to work harder and faster than possible but it's ok because numbers are the main thing. Quality, customer satisfaction and client relationships do not matter!!! - No phones allowed - Can't have too many breaks or drinks. - Constantly questioned about everything and anything. - Management/board do not listen to staff - DHP and management speak about individuals and performance on the teams for everyone to hear. - DHP brag about their pay to staff. - No bonuses, no social events, no chtistmas tree or decorations. - Staff are unappreciated and disrespected daily. - It's unlikely you will go one day without seeing someone crying in the toilets. - It's a horrible place to work
