Strong performance management; great people, I enjoyed everyone with whom I worked; many local projects; distinguished culture; people help each other; you'll be looked after if you're in the life sciences practice
Cons
Lack of formal training; promotions are the exception and follow an ambiguous schedule; depending on resource availablity, you might get staffed on a technology (Capgemini group, not Capgemini Consulting) project which is usually not the strategy consulting for which Capgemini Consulting is known; raises are low and rare
