This is worst and pathetic organization, policy ever I have never seen in my working experiences journey. In my previous organization I was working WFH since last 4 years. I lose my comfortable zone, and then join this organization. What I have seen the surprise I am on bench & no one has share the reason. The biggest dark side of this organization is, they are hired the people for bench only for 3 month duration & again you need to give the interview for tagging the project, no one share this information before joining. If within 2 month you are not tagging in the project they will create the mindset plan with evaluation team to reject this employee in project interview & lay off, and then suddenly they will said that your probation period is disconfirmation. There is no job security.
I understand every employee has lots of personal, family & medical responsibility, but they don't understand and totally ignored.
If you think & give the importance to Job security please do not to join this organization.
