      All of my work has been remote.

      Cons

      There is not a structured training or guidance for training. I have been given excel sheets with trainings to complete, but there is no guidance. If you are in Salesforce, you can find a community. I am not, and I have felt like I have been "othered" many times in Nashville.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
